How do I return an item?
Click here to return an item. Please allow an additional 48 hours after your package has been delivered before submitting your return request. Returns cannot be submitted until 48 hours post-delivery. J.Crew gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online within 30 business days of original purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase click here to initiate a return. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, ESW, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?
All duties and taxes will be included in the item price (Canada excluded).

Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country.

No. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, ESW, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by ESW. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.
