because sometimes bigger really is better. Inspired by vintage oxfords from our archives, our designers made this with traditional-weight, 5.5-ounce cotton oxford (which has a bit more structure than our Broken-in oxfords). This fit earns its name, with 5 1/2" more in the chest and an extra 3 1/4" across the shoulders, compared to our Classic fit. You'll find true-to-original details like double-pleated cuffs and a slightly elongated collar for an authentic feel. (Fun fact: Yale, Harvard and Cambridge also had shirt fabrics named after them, but none have stood the test of time as well as Oxford's.)
